 MAIN POINTS OF THE
DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES

September 13, 1993 - The analysis proving that the plan is a 7 Year Peace & Safety agreement
will be found right after the update on the so-called Geneva Initiative

The Geneva Initiative has been presented by the mass media controlled by the Prince of the Power of the Air as a breakthrough "peace" plan to settle the Israel - Arab conflict. Who is the Prince of the Power of the Air? http://www.moresureword.com/anti.html and http://www.moresureword.com/chart.html We see the Prince of the power of the Air, spoken of in Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and BY PEACE shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

First it should be understood that Yossi Beillin or Yasser Abd-Rabbo, have NO authorization from their People or their Government. These men of NO Standing, could NOT win a popular election for dog catcher or street sweeper in their country. There is NO reason for these men, OR ANY SUCH UNLAWFUL PRACTICE TO BE ACCEPTED OR APPROVED BY ANYONE. Yet the Prince of the Power of the Air is the one in control of all governments of the world today. Democracy today tells the sheeple to vote for Tweedle-dee or Tweedle-dumb, only antichrist luciferian choices are available for everyone. If there is anything this so-called Geneva PEACE Initiative, to liquidate the State of Israel proves, it is that FACT.

So what are some of the Problems of this document aside from the ABOVE OBVIOUS INSULT TO THE INTELLIGENCE to any thinking or God Fearing human being.

# 1 - The key issue of how and when Palestinian terrorism will be eliminated is NOT addressed. There are no specified consequences to the Palestinian TERRORISTS, if terrorism continues. If a Palestinian state is established, Israel will have NO way of countering Palestinian terrorism, other than to complain to a "Trilateral Security Committee."

# 2 - The antichrist plan to liquidate The State of Israel does not even recognize Israel as a Jewish state. The Geneva insanity only talks of "the right of the Jewish people to statehood." It says that, "the parties recognize Palestine and Israel as the homelands of their respective peoples (Article 2.4). There is no mention of the 3000 year history of the Jewish people in Israel and Jerusalem, and the FACT that there was NO such thing as Palestinian people before the 1967 war of Jordan, Syria, and Egypt to annihilate Israel.

# 3 - These same things of substance were offered by the Israeli side to Yasser Arafat at Camp David in 2000. Arafat turned down that offer and launched the present Oslo war as a response.

# 4 - The articles which spell out many of the specifics of the plan, such as Articles 12, 13, 14 and Annex X, have not been published. There is NO way anyone could approve or disapprove of those 4 important parts of the plan. Yet the agreement upon which it is NOT possible to agree, or disagree upon, has already had a celebrated signing and apparent approval of the world government, and the people of the world? Does anyone else see what is wrong with this picture?

# 5 - While Arabs will be allowed to continue to live as citizens in Israel, the Israeli government will be responsible for the removal of all Jews from the new state of Palestine. In Arab countries Jews are prohibited from citizenship whether they were born in that country for generations. Now Jews born in Israel will be ethnically purged from the mountains of Israel under this antichrist Geneva Initiative.

# 6 - The plan outlines a settlement of the "Right of Return" issue. Israelis know this means an end to the Jewish State of Israel. And the "Right of Return" settlement of the Geneva plan has been unanimously rejected by Palestinian officials and the Palestinian public.

# 7 - The Geneva initiative makes Israel have responsibility towards Palestinian refugees. What is wrong with a people who have not been able to find REFUGE in 55 years? Israel will be responsible for their loss of property in a war that the so-called "refugees" and other Arabs started. The agreement offers compensation not only to the "refugees," but also to Arab "host states" as well. There is no compensation offered to any Jewish refugees who were expelled from any Arab countries and absorbed into Israel during these Arab-initiated wars.

The analogy of Brother Kenney on this point is perfect: The Navajo tribe, the Apache, and the Sioux, along with hundreds of other American Indian tribes were systematically destroyed. All that remains is a very small remnant if any of the majority of these people. Now who in their right mind would ever conceive of these peoples somehow getting their native lands back....ever...? much less 2000 years from now.... If the world were allowed to go on for another 2000 years, no one would even know who these people were....If this isn't proof that the realization that the one true God is the God of the Jews, I don't know what is. Yet even though these people have got their ancestral homeland back after everyone on earth has tried to destroy them, the majority, if not all of the people I have ever told this to don't even seem to have even the slightest of interest....WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD TODAY!!!

# 8 - The Geneva initiative requires Israel to release "ALL the Palestinian and Arab prisoners detained in the framework of the Israel-Palestinian conflict prior to the date of the signature of this agreement." No exceptions are provided, even for the mass murderers. This will put hundreds of pathological killers and terrorists and violent criminals back on the streets. These violent criminals and murderers threaten not only Israelis, but also Palestinians, and all civilized people.

# 9 - This Geneva antichrist peace insanity, is worse than the Road Map. This plan does not even require that a Palestinian state be a democratic state. The Prince of the power of the Air who is the real mover and shaker of this "PEACE and Safety" plan does not allow that the Palestinians would have a choice about who governs them.

To summarize this antichrist "peace and safety" Geneva plan rewards aggression. The plan tells terrorists everywhere that there are no limits to the concessions that can be obtained through the use of terror tactics. The plan rewards the greatest living murderer, terrorist, and grandfather of airline hijacking with an "Arafat State." And the plan guarantees that the "Arafat State will be repressive, corrupt, and dedicated to the annihilation of the Jewish people. It puts Israel's future in the hands of, could we call them FOUR HORNS, of the Quartet (Russia, the EU, the UN, the U.S.) The 4 Horns under this plan could be doing what the prophet Zechariah said and bring on the 4 Carpenters. Zec 1:18-21 Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns. And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem. And the LORD showed me four carpenters. Then said I, What come these to do? And he spake, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head: but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it.

Bottom line is that this antichrist Geneva plan means War. The war will not just be a Middle East War, but the long planned Illuminati Third World War, to put the antichrist in TOTAL official world power out of the resulting chaos of World War Three.

The Declaration of Principles, signed by the PLO and Israel, contains a set of mutually agreed-upon general principles regarding the 5-year interim period of Palestinian self-rule.

As such, the DOP defers permanent status issues to the permanent status negotiations, which will begin no later than the 3rd year of the interim period. The permanent status agreement reached in these negotiations will take effect after the 5-year interim period.

 The Permanent Status: Negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians on the permanent status will commence as soon as possible but not later than the beginning of the third year of the interim period (May 1996). These talks will determine the nature of the final settlement between the two sides. It is understood that these negotiations will cover remaining issues including Jerusalem, refugees, settlements, security arrangements, borders, relations and cooperation with other neighbors, and other issues of common interest. Under the DOP, the permanent status will take effect 5 years after the implementation of the Gaza-Jericho agreement, namely May 1999.

ARTICLE V

TRANSITIONAL PERIOD AND PERMANENT STATUS NEGOTIATIONS

1. The five-year transitional period will begin upon the withdrawal from the Gaza Strip and Jericho area.

 2. Permanent status negotiations will commence as soon as possible, but not later than the beginning of the third year of the interim period, between the Government of Israel and the Palestinian people representatives.

I am not a lawyer. I solicit your wisdom, understanding, and comments. The following is the way I understand these agreements:

 1) There are interim period negotiations and permanent status negotiations.

2) There is a 5 year interim period of Palestinian self-rule.

3) The permanent status agreement will take effect after the 5-year interim period.

4) There is a 2 year specified segment of time given as the maximum allowable time period before the 5 year interim period of Palestinian self-rule must be started.. (To begin no later than the 3rd year of the interim period. It is therefore agreed that within 2 years, permanent status negotiations will be commenced.

5) The permanent status will take effect 5 years after the implementation of the Gaza-Jericho agreement. (Official Date not May 4, 1994 but September 28, 1995. This 9/28/95 signing incorporated and superseded the Gaza-Jericho and Early Empowerment Agreements.

(See attachment A.)

6) The agreement that Israel signed with many (see Dan. 9:27, Hebrew = la Rabin), on September 13, 1993, represents the only 7 year peace treaty in history.

7) 2 + 5 = 7.

ISRAEL-PALESTINIAN
NEGOTIATIONS

 Background - Israel-PLO Recognition

The past two years have witnessed a series of landmarks in negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians. Following intense behind-the-scenes contacts between Israeli and Palestinian negotiators in Oslo, an agreement was achieved between Foreign Minister Shimon Peres and PLO Chairman Yasser Arafat. On September 9, 1993, Chairman Arafat sent a letter to Prime Minister Rabin, in which he stated unequivocally that the PLO:

 Recognizes the right of Israel to exist in peace and security;

Accepts UN Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338;

Commits itself to a peaceful resolution of the conflict;

Renounces the use of terrorism and other acts of violence;

Assumes responsibility over all PLO elements to ensure their compliance, prevent violations, and discipline violators;

Affirms that those articles of the PLO Covenant which deny Israel's right to exist are now inoperative and no longer valid;

Undertakes to submit to the Palestinian National Council for formal approval the necessary changes to the Covenant.

In reply, Israel recognized the PLO as the representative of the Palestinians in the peace negotiations.

On September 13, 1993, a joint Israeli-Palestinian Declaration of Principles (DOP), based on the agreement worked out in Oslo, was signed by the two parties in Washington, outlining the proposed interim self-government arrangements, as envisioned and agreed by both sides. The arrangements contained in the DOP include immediate Palestinian self-rule in Gaza and

Jericho, early empowerment for the Palestinians in West Bank, and an agreement on self-government and the election of a Palestinian council. Additionally, extensive economic cooperation between Israel and the Palestinians plays an important role in the DOP.

 Shortly after the signing of the Declaration of Principles, negotiations commenced between Israeli and PLO delegations on the implementation of the interim agreement, which was accomplished in three stages:

 3. On September 28, 1995, the Israeli-Palestinian Interim Agreement on the West Bank and the Gaza Strip was signed in Washington, D.C. This agreement, which marks the conclusion of the first stage in negotiations between Israel and the PLO, incorporates and supersedes the Gaza-Jericho and Early Empowerment agreements.

(September 13, 1993 to September 28, 1995 is approximately 2 years, by my assessment)

 The main object of the Interim Agreement is to broaden Palestinian self-government in the West Bank by means of an elected self-governing authority -- the Palestinian Council -- for an interim period not to exceed five years from the signing of the Gaza-Jericho Agreement (i.e. no later than May 1999). This will allow the Palestinians to conduct their own internal affairs, reduce points of friction between Israelis and Palestinians, and open a new era of cooperation and co-existence based on common interest, dignity and mutual respect. At the same time it protects Israel's vital interests, and in particular its security interests, both with regard to external security as well as the personal security of its citizens in the West Bank.

 The Interim Agreement sets forth the future relations between Israel and the Palestinians. To the main body of the agreement are appended seven annexes dealing with: security arrangements, elections, civil affairs (transfer of powers), legal matters, economic relations, Israeli-Palestinian cooperation, and the release of Palestinian prisoners.

Milestones in the Implementation of the Interim Agreement

On January 20, 1996, following completion of the first stage of IDF redeployment (with the exception of Hebron), elections were held to the Palestinian Council and for the Head of the

Palestinian Authority. Yasser Arafat was elected Ra'ees (head) of the Authority.

On April 24, 1996, the Palestinian National Council, convening in Gaza, voted 504 to 54, with 14 abstentions (more than the two-thirds majority required), to amend the PLO Covenant so as to remove those articles calling for the destruction of Israel, as follows:

1. The Palestinian National Charter is hereby amended by canceling the articles that are contrary to the letters exchanged between the P.L.O. and the Government of Israel 9-10 September 1993.

2. Assigns its legal committee with the task of redrafting the Palestinian National Charter in order to present it to the first session of the Palestinian central council.

Following this decision by the PNC, Prime Minister Shimon Peres stated on May 3, 1996, that Israel is committed to the decision on the IDF's redeployment in Hebron, and will coordinate the manner of the redeployment with Palestinian Authority security officials so as to ensure the implementation of the Agreement. An Agreement on a Temporary International Presence in Hebron was signed on May 9, 1996.
