Lebed's end-time destiny appears to be to rule Russia as a dictator. He is the hands down front runner to replace Yeltsin. A couple of years ago, this charismatic, ambitious anti-Christian and anti-Semitic leader said that He would take over "sooner or later." He has also publicly said that Russia needs a dictator. He will probably be the one, possibly within days. This paratrooper general is first strike agressive. Russia still has thousands of nuclear use them or loose them weapons. Russia is close to either anarchy or dictatorship. The vision received in 1979-1982 is more clear and compelling than ever. The Moscow bureau of the London Express is reporting that, on his orders, 10 of Russia's newest, most sophisticated weapons — capable of striking the United States — have been deployed in full readiness.
This unprecedented dramatic warning has Western observers nervous about the possibility of an inadvertent launch at a time when it is known that Russia's missiles are not fully reprogrammed to avert all millennium-year computer failures.

12/13/99 - WWIII - MOSCOW -- Russia has deployed 10 new Topol-M nuclear missiles, designed to be the backbone of Russia's strategic forces. The Itar-Tass news agency said the new missiles were deployed on Friday in the Saratov region, about 700 kilometers southeast of Moscow. This was the second time in two years that Russian military forces have placed a contingent of the missiles on full combat readiness. The Topol-M can be transported on a mobile launch pad and is meant to survive a first strike.

12/5/99 - Interview with Seattle MD: "This is the beginning of a police state" My name is Richard DeAndrea. I'm a medical doctor. What I saw up here was martial law. This turned into a police state. Everything you have seen on television regarding local news broadcasts including national public radio was a blackout. The police were using concussion grenades. They were shooting tear gas canisters directly at protesters' faces. They were using so-called rubber bullets. These are actually hard plastic. Some of the damage I saw: these plastic bullets took off part of one person's jaw, smashed teeth in other people's mouths. I saw the police arrest people who had their hands up in the air screaming we are peacefully protesting. The amount of looting that took place was so minimal I don't even know where they got the footage from. I am saying this beyond a shadow of a doubt. This is a definite sign that America is heading towards a police state unless people start standing up for their rights as individuals. I am actually shocked and ashamed. They were ordered to take all ammo to a centralized warehouse for storage. (Convenient for confiscation, huh?) The owner of CTD has asked for people to protest this to the city govt.. 11/21/99 -- WWIII - At the SAME TIME as war breaks in Jerusalem America will be Destroyed See Ezek 38:10-12 -Peace, Peace they say and there is No Peace - Yasser Arafat's cabinet insisted Friday that no final agreement would be reached with Israel if the Palestinians were not allowed to establish their capital in east Jerusalem, AP reported. ``There won't be an agreement if Jerusalem is not accepted as the capital of an independent state,'' In a new twist, Palestinian negotiators demanded Thursday that Israel compensate the Palestinian people for having occupied the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Negotiators planned to hold their fifth round of talks on the final peace agreement on Sunday, Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat said. The Palestinians insisted again on Friday that Arafat be allowed to reject Israel's proposed withdrawal map, since the suggested areas were sparsely populated and did not connect areas the Palestinians already control.

9/28/99 WATER SHORTAGE IN ISRAEL - (Ministry of Elijah) - "In about a week, we will have reached the 'red line' in the Sea of Galilee; as of today, the water is only seven centimeters above the line." So said hydrologist Dr. Chaim Gvirtzman in an interview with Arutz-7 today. Gvirtzman explained: "Last year's dry winter has created a water crisis in Israel of massive proportions. The situation can only be solved by an unusually heavy rainfall this winter. What is especially troubling is that the policy of the Water Commissioner this past summer was 'business as usual.' As a result, Israel totally exhausted her underwater aquifers." News Editor Haggai Segal asked Gvirtzman if desalination of ocean water is an option. "I'm afraid not," Gvirtzman said. "Even if the government were to decide to implement a desalination plan tomorrow, by the time the international tenders were issued and plants constructed, it would take a minimum of three years. We must concern ourselves not only with the situation three years down the line, but with next summer!" Segal noted that the theme of rain, introduced into Jewish liturgy at this time of year, could not have come at a better time.

It appears from the way Russia destroyed the evidence, just as Clinton and company, did at Waco and OK City, that Russia may fix the blame on America as part of her final war preparations.
The government controlled civil war in Russia is designed for Western media consumption to smoke screen Russia's full mobilization. At this time military preparations and mobilizations continue throughout the former Soviet Union. The Chechen independence farce was created by the KGB for use in the future as "strategic camouflage," as Russia continues full mobilization. Russia is a country founded on deception. It must be emphasized over and over again, that Russia's undeclared state of emergency now masks extensive war preparations.
This Luciferian new world order of the antichrist prince and all his luciferian minions, like Clinton and company, are in for quite a surprise. Rosh haShannah, Oct 10-11, the day of "judgment," could be the day of surprise.
Putting the pieces together. Russia is in full mobilization. 9/22/99 - Before Y2K, there will be D6B - D6B, October 12, 1999, is the day the population on earth will be at the 6 billion point. Then there will be as many people alive as there have ever been, who have lived and died since Adam. October 10 - 11, 1999, is a time of high likelyhood for many reasons. Then on Saturday, Russia's forces turned to launch a mock counter strike." Long-range Russian bombers flew over the North Pole and test fired strategic missiles during recent military exercises, military exercises code named West 99. "The exercise demonstrated the ability of Russian bomber crews to mount operations in any part of the globe and use high-precision weapons, including nuclear armaments," air force Col. Robert tells us, "Russian Doctrine says that offensives begin with exercises which give the Russians the opportunity to deploy forces while not alarming the enemy." 4/3/99 TWO FRONT WAR - Remember Henry Gruver's vision told of the timing of the nuclear destruction of America by Russian subs. He said that if the conflict spread, Russia reserved the right to take measures ``including those of a military character'' to defend itself and the security of Europe. Yeltsin recalled Russia's representative at NATO headquarters in Brussels and halted cooperation with the alliance under the Partnership for Peace program, designed to forge closer ties between former Cold War foes. Al Gore phoned Prime Minister Yevgeny Primakov, who then made a mid-air turnabout en route to Washington and flew back to Russia to meet with his top military officials, rather than continuing his much needed trip to Washington. Primakov says the air strikes will damage Russia's relations with the West. Russian State and Defense ministry offices worked round the clock Tuesday night taking action by the Defense Ministry aimed at increasing the combat readiness of Russia's armed forces. Vladimir Zhirinovsky is pushing to move Russian nuclear weapons to the boader of Poland in the former Soviet republic of Belarus.

1/25/99 Rising Danger of Simultaneous Crises in Iraq and Kosovo - Stratford - Summary - Something odd is going on. The Iraqis are not allowing the latest crisis to die down, but are challenging U.S. aircraft with missiles and are deploying forces southward. Their newspapers are full of threats directed toward Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. At the same time, the Serbs deliberately carried out a massacre that was intended to be detected, and then intentionally exacerbated the crisis by trying to expel a senior diplomat. There is now the real possibility that Baghdad and Belgrade are coordinating their actions to simultaneously pose challenges that strain U.S. military capabilities. At the same time, Russia has taken on a much more assertive role, demanding that the U.S. not attack either Iraq or Serbia. The U.S. Post-Cold War coalition has completely broken down. Russia, France and China are all resisting the U.S. A window of opportunity has opened here for the Iraqis and Serbs. We see signs that they are now taking advantage of it, perhaps in concert.

1/13/99 BARAK-GATE BURGLARY? In Washington, burglars yesterday broke into the office of a PR firm working for Labor Party Chairman, Ehud Barak. Among the items stolen were computer discs containing information relating to work done for Barak. Greenberg, Quinlan Research, is a company that specializes in political polling and strategy consulting, and has provided services for a number of world leaders including Tony Blair and Nelson Mandela. Among those working on the Barak account was James Carville, the Washington political strategist credited with masterminding President Bill Clinton's 1992 victory. 1/11/99 PERES CALLS FOR PALESTINIAN STATE -Arutz 7 - Shimon Peres received a rousing wave of applause today from the Palestinian Legislative Council when he announced that he is in favor of a Palestinian state. Peres was accompanied to today's session in Ramallah by international guests of the Peres Center for Peace, such as Michael Gorbachev, Henry Kissinger, and others. Gorbachev also addressed the 88-member Council - of which only 40 showed up today - as did Yasser Arafat. Benny Begin, reacting to Peres' remarks today, said that they simply show what were his true intentions when he initiated the Oslo process over five years ago.

1/5/99 PHILISTINE STATE - DISOLVING ISRAEL KNESSET - EARLY ELECTIONS ???? The Palestinian Authority have reported that Egypt and Jordan are pressuring it to delay its declaration of a state. Arutz-7 correspondent Haggai Huberman reports, "Of late, Arafat is under real pressure from the Arab states not to declare a Palestinian state on May 4th. They seem to feel that this might play into the hands of Netanyahu, who may respond by annexing large portions of Judea and Samaria. These countries prefer that any such declaration should be issued when Israel finds itself in greater isolation. Moreover, many Arab countries are not particularly thrilled with the idea of a Palestinian state. Jordan is certainly against the idea, and Syria sees Israel as 'Southern Syria' and the Palestinian ambitions as an irritant. A few days ago, [Egyptian President] Hosni Mubarak dumped a pail of cold water on his Arafat's head, by also advising him to avoid the May declaration. The Palestinian Authority may go along with the wishes of the Arab states, declaring only their 'right' to a state, and not an actual state itself. "Arafat has a personal interest in declaring the state as soon as possible, since he doesn't know how much longer his health will hold out, and would enjoy going to the next world as the president of a Palestinian state," surmised Huberman.

God will speak to them in the cloudy pillar. This bright fire cloudy pillar will blind and confound the enemies of Israel. FAQ's about the Kingdom of G-d.
What is the Kingdom of G-d? The rule of G-d. G-d's kingly rule, or sovereignty, being established over all of planet Earth. The Kingdom of G-d is the rule of G-d which He extended over human lives through the ministry of Yeshua (Jesus); and it also is His rule which will be consummated or made complete in the near future.
When did the the Kingdom of G-d begin and Who was its Originator? The Kingdom of G-d began when Messiah Yeshua (Christ Jesus) began its establishment. Earth dates on calendars mark its beginning. We have such dates as B.C., B.C.E., C.E., and A.D., which signify that Yeshua Messiah announced and began the Kingdom on Earth almost 2000 years ago.
What is the relationship of the New World Order and the Kingdom of G-d? What is commonly referred to as the New World Order is against the Kingdom of G-d and is therefore going to have a prince antimessiah, or antichrist, as its head. For 42 months the prince of the New World Order, will war with those in the Kingdom of G-d. The Prince of Peace, Yeshua Messiah, who established and taught how to become part of the Kingdom of G-d, will return with the armies of heaven to end the rule and war of the antichrist and his New World Order. Most in the Kingdom of G-d will be overcome or killed in the 42 month war which antichrist will wage on the people who are part of the Kingdom of G-d. The Kingdom of G-d is the central message of Messiah Yeshua. Everyone is invited to become part of the Kingdom of G-d; however, most will choose to be joined to the New World Order of the antichrist and will be totally destroyed at the end of the 42 month war. All of the people in the Kingdom of G-d who have survived or been killed in this 42 month war will be caught up, or be "raptured," at the end of this 42 month war when Yeshua returns in great power and glory. The 42 month war may have begun March 13, 1997; however, it is not yet possible to be certain. And noone can know the day or hour. We can be sure the New World Order, of oposition to the Kingdom of G-d, is in full preparation for this 42 month war and that an undeclared state of war exists today. We can be reasonably sure that if it has not already started that it will start very soon. We know that there will be a 42 month war of antichrist on those in the Kingdom of G-d before the rapture. If the NWO is preparing for the war, those in the Kingdom of G-d should also be preparing for the war of Great Tribulation. We know, based on the integrity of the words of King Yeshua that the 42 month war of great tribulation preceeds the rapture. If you don't know this, do you know if you are in the Kingdom of God?
What is the role of people in the Kingdom of G-d? The establishment of the kingdom is a work of G-d. G-d will reign, and people can contribute nothing to that reigning of G-d. They can only accept the rule of G-d in thier life or be totally destroyed in their rebellion.
Since people cannot build the kingdom of God, what response are they to make to Yeshua's message about the kingdom? First, they can make the kingdom their top priority and seek it ahead of everything else (Matt. 6:33). It is a pearl of such value that they should sell everything else they have in order to be able to purchase it (Matt. 13:44-46). Second, they can repent and believe the good news of the kingdom (Mark 1:14-15), and so enter the kingdom like little children (Mark 10:14). Third, they can pray for the rule of G-d to come soon: "Thy kingdom come" (Matt. 6:10; compare 1 Cor. 16:22). Finally, they can be ready when the kingdom does finally come (Matt. 25:1-46).
