12/31/98 OKC Bombing - State Grand Jury Rubber Stamps the findings of the Federal grand jury. In 18 months deliberation they were able to conclude that the bombing was the worst act of terrorism ever committed on American soil. I would suggest the 2nd worst was Waco, and the 3rd worst was the Yaser Arafat ordered bombing of the WTC building in New York. However, that is from the hip, without much deliberation.

12/30/98 Russia Says It Can Build Nukes! - CYPRESS TRIGGER - Despite severe economic problems, Russia is still strong enough to develop a new nuclear missile. Russia's Defense Minsiter says "The talk about our weakness is an overstatement.''
Cyprus said Tuesday it would not take delivery of Russian missiles that Turkey has threatened to destroy. They are negotiating with Moscow for their deployment on the Greek island of Crete. Cypress - In scripture is spelled Chittim. Chittim is the tribal name for the island of Cyprus. Turkey - TOGARMAH Son of Gomer is the name of a region of Asia Minor known today as Turkey. World War III is at the trigger point. Turkey is the country referred to in the Gog-Megog war (WWIII) in Ezek 38:6 as Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
Russia, in league with China is rebelling from the antichrist's luciferian new world order. Russia will soon nuke America. The prophet Ezekiel tells us of the Russians leading the Muslim world to annihilate Israel. The initial stage will have Russia launching great nuclear destruction of America. The specific verses are: Ezek 38:10-12. As the luciferians race toward the UN lockdown of America, Russia will destroy it first, with nuclear weapons and Chinese occupying forces.
Thus saith the Lord GOD; It shall also come to pass, that at the same time (of the Russian led Muslim war on Israel), is when America will be destroyed. Understand, God said this. It is therefore settled and cast in concrete. It will happen with absolute certainty, regardless of how difficult it may be for anyone to believe. The keys in these passages are that no other place but America is the target of this great destruction. America will be at rest. It will not be locked down by the UN because of civil strife or terrorist attacks. America will be AT REST. The masses of people will be completely and totally taken by the surprise of this great nuclear destruction. The target of the great destruction of Ez 38:10-12 is America. America will soon be nuked by Russia. No other place ever has or ever will fit the Ez 38:10-12 destruction target description. REPENT is the only word that makes sense. The prophet, R.G. Stair, says, "It is time to enter the ark."

12/20/98 - The Abomination of Desolation for America? - CLINTON CRITICIZED ON TIMING - William Jefferson Clinton, is impeached. The House has passed the articles of impeachment for purjury in lying to the grand jury, and obstruction of justice. He will be the 2nd president in history to face impeachment trial for removal from office in the Senate. If he is convicted by the Senate, he will be removed from office... unless of course all of this is derailed by a domestic version of "Wag the Dog".. The former White House press spokesman, Mike McCurry, says he has "enormous doubts" about President Bill Clinton's fitness for office. Hillary says Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a Very Special Ramadan. It's winter solstice time!
The Pope had a slight fever of about 100 degrees. Among appearances canceled Friday were meetings with the Catholic patriarch of Iraq and a representative of the Arab League. The Pope is scheduled to visit Clinton in St. Louis, Missouri, in late January. The meeting is scheduled SHORTLY AFTER the State of the Union address which has been MOVED UP to Jan 19.
Russian outrage over U.S.-British military action against Iraq, was expressed Thursday as Moscow recalled its ambassador from Washington. This is something the Soviet Union never did during all the spy scandals, arms races and political standoffs during its 40-year confrontation with the United States after World War II. A senior military official, General Leonty Ivashov, went further, warning from Moscow that Russia may ''be forced to change its military and political course and may become the leader of a part of the world community that disagrees with the dictate'' of Washington. Sergeyev canceled plans to attend a NATO meeting yesterday in Brussels. ''How can we talk about cooperation and partnership with the alliance now, when Russia's opinion is openly ignored?'' Sergeyev remarked.''
Interfax news agency quoted military sources on Thursday as saying Russia had placed some naval and air forces on alert. Russian forces had been placed on special heightened alert because of the crisis. The Kremlin, Friday, said the military had indeed gone up a notch. A Defence Ministry spokesman said he had no information about a specific command heightening the state of alert, but Russia's forces were ready as always to carry out any order.
As the Muslim world started of the holy fasting month Ramadan, the bombing continued the first day, but now that the impeachment is concluded, the bombing is concluded. It is doubtful if it has undermined Saddam Hussein's regime. It may have even helped him mobilize sympathy among the Iraqi people. He has received support in the Muslim and Arab world," as well from Russia and China.The United States was roundly denounced. ``For Monica Lewinsky they hit Afghanistan and Sudan. And now, for Monica's eyes, they hit Baghdad,'' said a commentator on Al-Jazeerah, an outspoken satellite channel beamed from the tiny Gulf Arab state of Qatar. Some Islamic groups call the action aginst the people of Iraq "crimanal agression against all international norms. The Clinton action, underscores and reflects how the White House mocks the Arab Nation and Arab values." Calls for a "quick & firm Arab and Muslim response to put a stop to such crimes" are being given."
Some Republicans are attacking President Clinton's decision to launch air strikes on the eve of the scheduled impeachment vote against the President. Senate leader Trent Lott said he did not support either the timing or the policy - issuing his statement even before the official announcement of the air strikes. House Majority Leader Dick Armey, R-Texas, called anew for Clinton to resign. ``If the president refuses to resign for the sake of the nation, I believe he should be impeached and face Senate trial,'' Armey said. ``Whatever happens, it will take years to repair the damage President Clinton has done to his office and his country.''
This was naked aggression that took the lives of some innocent, helpless, already oppressed, suffering, people. All so that one man could thwart and damage control the impeachment proceedings? "I am told the casualties are in thousands, in terms of people who were killed or wounded, but we don't have any final figures,'' Nizar Hamdoon told CNN. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. This is so evil. This is the first time I can remember it being so difficult to go before the throne of Almighty God in asking for mercy in the judgement of America. It has been abomination, after abomination, after abomination according to the written word of G-d. Is this the abomination that will make America Desolate?
"By taking unprovoked military action, the United States and Britain have crudely violated the U.N. charter and generally accepted principles of international law and the norms and rules of responsible behavior of states," Yeltsin said. "This action lies fully on the conscience of the Americans," Primakov said. Zyuganov accused the United States of "terrorism" that could lead to world war and called for more military spending. Is it now time for Russia to bomb a nation?

Ha'aretz writes: "When the helicopter carrying the president of the United States landed Monday at the Gaza International Airport, the Palestinians (Philistines) won the most important international recognition yet of the political entity they want to establish. President Clinton's appearance in Gaza symbolizes the final step in the about-face that has occurred in American policy toward the Palestinians overall and toward Yasser Arafat in particular. Arafat, who for years was persona non grata in the United States and labeled a terrorist, is now a friend of the United States."
America's king Clinton is strengthening the hand of the Philistine terrorist. This little Goliath is coming down along with all the hands that strengthen him. Yasser Arafat urged Arab states on Thursday to convene an emergency summit that would call for an immediate end to U.S. missile strikes on Iraq. Give the little Philistine another peace prize. Also Thursday, senior Philistine officials of the Palestinian Authority have condemned the U.S. offensive against Iraq. The Philistine Arabs may be seen all over Israel waving Iraq flags and burning American flags. In Bethleham city workers mounted cranes to take down the Stars and Stripes which had been hung from lamposts and on the city hall building facing the Church of the Nativity which Clinton and his family visited on Tuesday. Elsewhere in Bethlehem and across the Palestinian territories, pro-Iraq and anti-American protests flourished and led in several places to clashes with Israeli soldiers. We are in the time of Jacob's trouble and the judgement of the world. The judgement of America and Israel is at hand. Judgement begins with the house of G-d.
What will be the result of, Operation Monica, or Operation Desert Fox? Watch for a terriorist attack that will justify invocation of the Emergency powers act and the "temporary" suspension of congress. There is only one word that makes any sense. REPENT!!! Prepare to meet your God!

12/6/98 UN Resolutions Against Jerusalem & Israel - The 53rd General Assembly on Wednesday adopted six resolutions on the question of Palestine and two on the situation in Middle East, calling for self-determination for the Palestinian people and demanding that Israel withdraws from Syria's Golan Heights captured in 1967. The resolutions over the two issues which are the topic of annual debates at the General Assembly, were again endorsed by an overwhelming majority. The United States joined Israel by casting the only negative votes against five of the resolutions, while abstaining on the one about Jerusalem. A resolution on the peaceful settlement of the question of Palestine was adopted: for "fulfilling the rights of the Palestinian people, primarily the right to self-determination," and "the withdrawal of Israel from the Palestinian territory occupied since 1967." The resolution also "stresses the need for commitment to the principle of land for peace. The resolution urged U.N. members to expedite economic and technical assistance to the Palestinian people and emphasized the importance for the United Nations' having a more active and expanded role in the peace process.
Another resolution adopted considers as illegal, null and void a 1948 decision by Israel to impose its laws and jurisdiction on all parts of Jerusalem, including the eastern part captured in 1967. Israel voted against the resolution. The resolution deplored the transfer by some countries of their diplomatic missions to Jerusalem, which Israel regards as its undivided capital. Another adopted resolution called upon Israel to resume peace talks on the Syrian and Lebanese tracks and to respect undertakings reached in previous rounds. (All the world is set against what G-d says regarding Jerusalem)

11/24/98 Babylon and Mystery Babylon on Course for Destruction - The Clinton administration has boasted about the "unprecedented consensus" and the "overwhelming weight of world opinion" reached over the necessity of U.N. arms inspections in Iraq. Clinton said, "I do not believe that anyone can doubt that there was an unprecedented consensus condemning what Saddam Hussein had done in not cooperating with UNSCOM (United Nations Special Commission)," on Nov. 15, just before the conversation between the Iraqi and Russian officials was intercepted.
The intercepted conversation in which a Russian official coaches Iraq to stand up to the U.S. was surprising to intelligence sources responsible for analyzing the information. The intercept also contrasts sharply with another statement Clinton made to the press just prior to the intercepted conversation: "Governments all over the world today stand united in sharing the conviction that full compliance, and nothing short of full compliance, is needed from Iraq. The world is watching Saddam Hussein to see if he follows the words he uttered with deeds."
Only minutes after President Clinton announced that U.S. troops poised to strike Iraq were standing down last Sunday, a top Russian diplomat was advising a senior Iraqi envoy to ignore the latest demands on Baghdad (Babylon). The top Russian diplomat advised Iraq should not respond to U.S. (Mystery Babylon) demands for unconditional inspections because they would "humiliate" Saddam Hussein. Moscow's envoy promised that Russia would lodge a protest with the U.N. Security Council over Washington's unauthorized demands. Both diplomats agreed that demands on Iraq represented U.S. concerns, rather than U.N. concerns.
For those understanding the times, REPENT is the only word that makes sense.

11/14/98 SADAM CALLS THE SHOTS - Saddam is in control of events. He can create crises. He can abort crises. The U.S. cannot deliver a decisive blow against Saddam, nor can it disengage. This means that Saddam can control U.S. behavior. Increasing the political coalition's cohesiveness merely reemphasizes the military limitations on the U.S., as well as showing that, regardless of support, Saddam is in control of the situation. If you know all the last days references to both Babylon and Mystery Babylon, you know how serious this whole situation really is. It is a time for personal repentance, prayer, and for all to walk circumspectly.

11/13/98 IRAQ ALERT - The State Department recommended Thursday night that Americans around the world ``maintain a high level of vigilance'' and a low profile. The unusual ``worldwide caution'' was designed ``to reflect the potential for retaliation in light of the tensions with Iraq.``Vary routes and times for all required travel and treat mail from unfamiliar sources with suspicion,'' the department advised. It appears that Clinton has opted for the "massive bombardment of Iraq" option along the lines of last February. The Sunday New York Times article reported a Clinton administration official said they were going to "obliterate" Iraq. 11/6/98 - More Wye The Lies - No Wonder the Pope, UN, and the NWO Strongly Supports the Palestinians PALESTINIAN ANTI-SEMITISM CONTINUES - Arutz 7 -Following are excerpts from a religious program broadcast on official Palestinian Authority television on November 3, 1998 (only 11 days after the signing of the Wye River Memorandum, in which the Palestinian Authority committed itself to halt incitement and hostile propaganda): "The Jews' Torah is just a collection of contrived booklets, designed to prove that Palestine belongs to the Jews, and in which they wrote lies about God, His prophets, and His teachingsâ€¦ There is no light nor teaching in their Torah today. the Jews are the seed of Satan and the devils.... The Jews believe only in the first five books, which includes the Book of Genesis, all of which is lies about God and about the day of Creation... To their Prophets they attribute the greatest of crimes: murder, prostitution and drunkenness. The Jews do not believe in God nor in the End of Days. They have distorted it [the Torah], lied about it and forged it... They invented it as a history book for the Jews, full of promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that they would be given the land of Palestine... the entire Torah comes to demand ownership of the land for the Jews... They have distorted the faith and exchanged the gift of God for heresy, rebellion and prostitution, and distorted the Torah...."

One small bit of TRUTH released by Israel Government Press Office today is a list of the 30 terrorist fugitives whom the Palestinian Authority is obligated to arrest under the Wye River summit agreement. The terrorists on the list are responsible for the deaths of nearly 100 Israelis. Of the 30 terrorists, 12 are currently serving in the Palestinian police.

11/3/98 - Wye The Lies - Wye & How Clinton Continues to Pressure Israel - There is a serious crisis. The Israeli delegation left having said. ``The Americans have retreated from previous understandings with the Israelis and the Palestinians are not willing to give clear answers about their commitments on different issues.'' One Israeli source said, "This is not 'land for peace,' this is 'land for nothing.'" The way American security treated the Israeli delegation at Wye was absolutely scandalous. It betrays an insensitivity and a misunderstanding of the situation in Israel that are nothing less than supremely insulting to a nation which has been America's only trusted ally and only democracy in the Middle East. We better be praying for the peace in Jerusalem. The pope officially declared the Vatican's position to recognize Palistinian Statehood during the summit at Wye??? Uri Elitzur, head of the Prime Minister's Bureau, said that he felt "humiliated" by the Americans on the Sabbath, when they prevented a Torah scroll from being brought to Wye and did not enable the holding of a minyan (prayer quorum) on the Sabbath, contrary to their promises.

Here is a quick summary of the Wye Agreement. 1) Israel will give up more land for unkept Palestinian promises from Arafat. President Clinton will go to the Palestinian National Council to get them to "CONSIDER" removing the clauses in the Palestinian Charter calling for the destrucion of Israel. This is the third time the same promise has been made to have Israel give up more land. ARAFAT QUOTED AS SAYING THAT PLO COVENANT WILL NEVER BE CHANGED Selim al-Zaanoun, the chairman of the Palestinian National Council (PNC), made the following remarks in an article that appeared on October 8 of this year in the official Palestinian Authority daily Al-Hayat Al-Jadeeda: "When I asked Yasser Arafat if the decision [to declare a Palestinian state] is tactical or strategic, he confirmed to me that the decision is strategic and will be carried out whether or not we achieve implementation of a 13% redeployment by the Israeli side... [Arafat] also emphasized that no meeting of the Palestinian National Council would ever again address the question of nullifying the articles of the Palestinian National Covenant." 10/14/98 Robert's News - There is supposed to be a meeting in Washington next week between Arafat and Bibi to give away another 13% of Israel. The Government is against it and Bibi said yesterday after a drive by shooting of a civilian there would be no new agreement signed. It looks like there will be no further implementation of Oslo because Arafat is failing in health cannot control Hamas.

In Russia, Yeltsin is very feeble and is not even able to respond to basic questions. Gorbachev is in Dallas to give a paid speech at SMU. While at the State Fair he gave an interview where he stated that a new leader must be found. I think that Gorbachev is biding his time waiting for the Russians to call him to come back and straighten the mess out. Yesterday on network news there was a piece about the desperate food situation in Russia compounded by the fact that there is no money to pay for supplementary food from other countries. Gorbachev said that the US should do whatever is necessary to sustain democracy in Russia to preserve world peace and stability.

I think that intimidation by Clinton has got to the majority of Congress. There are numerous reports of Clintonistas running around and digging dirt on Congressmen. There is a report today that Henry Hyde is eliminating charges to two or three to speed up the process. Unless the Republicans can pick up enough seats in the Senate to convict Clinton there will be no conviction unless new charges are presented that are so horrific and conclusive that enough Democrats come over. The other Senate committees on Chinagate and Campaign finance and the Commerce Dept. (Ron Brown) have no reports yet. Everyone accepts that Clinton will not resign because it is highly probable that Hillary will be indicted and will need to be pardoned. Also if Clinton resigns before Jan 1, Al Gore will be able to serve only one more term as President. Some congressmen are now talking about striking a deal. Look for a last minute Suprise as soon as the budget is finished that will turn the election in favor of the Republican candidates. If there is no surprise, look for a deal that will be struck to keep a crippled Clinton in office. Keep in mind that Republicans like Democrats have a primary goal of getting re -elected. Only a few who are Christians are the "Good Guys" the rest only do things that appear to help us as it serves their purpose.

I believe that the Elitists have liquidated their holdings and are waiting for significantly lower stock prices to reposition themselves in the market. The people that get killed are the little people with their 401 K's. The 401 K program is how the Elitists were able to remove the pension fund liability from companies stock values and expose the Little People's retirement funds to theft and fraud. Another fraud that is being perpetuated is high pressure sales of Home Equity Loans. These loans complete with fees and insurance requirements are like the old high rate loan business where loans are "flipped" with very little cash outlay to the customer. This transfers the last great pile of cash, home equities, to the rich and famous.

Tuesday 9/9/98 REMEMBERING OSLO - Arutz 7 & MED The fifth anniversary of the signing of the Oslo Accords has been commemorated in various ways by different groups around the world. Arutz-7 Correspondent Yedidya Atlas reports that senior Israeli government officials expressed "astonishment and outrage" at the announced participation of Indyk at what they called an "anti-Netanyahu rally in the guise of a pro-Oslo Peace Process gathering." Atlas notes that Indyk has a long 'record' with Israel, beginning with his persuading U.S. President Bill Clinton to unprecedentedly support a particular candidate in a foreign election - namely, Shimon Peres over Binyamin Netanyahu. Indyk, too, was responsible for Clinton's refusal to meet with Prime Minister Netanyahu for several months, while making time to meet at length with Leah Rabin and Shimon Peres. Sources in the U.S. Congress told Arutz-7 that Mr. Indyk was the architect behind Secretary of State Albright's ultimatum to Prime Minister Netanyahu at the London Summit last March, wherein Netanyahu's subsequent visit to Washington was conditional upon his acceding to American demands.

While Israeli children were enjoying the summer in swimming pools and other fun activities, many Palestinian youths were taking summer courses in military training. The courses were given by the Palestinian Authority General Intelligence. The students learned how to load an automatic weapon blindfolded and shoot accurately at targets, both stationary and moving. What is interesting about all this is the length to which Chernomyrdin feels he must go to get attention. Also significant is the fact that he no longer has many options. Zhirinovsky is a fascist, but he is not going to be included in the government. (Isolated reports say Zirinovsky is garnering 90% of the Russian Military vote. JS Comment) The issue is not whether or not there will be a government of national unity including communists and nationalists, but how many ministries Yeltsin will be able to hold on to.

One threat, however, is real. The new government will radically redefine Russian foreign policy. The West will look back with nostalgia on the 1992-1998 period. Unfortunately, there is nothing the West can do to save this corrupt and failed reform attempt. Even if he was frightened by Zhirinovsky, Camdessus cannot save Chernomyrdin and Chernomyrdin cannot save Yeltsin. The deluge is not coming. It is here.

Tuesday 6/2/98 YELTSIN TELLS RUSSIAN BANKERS TO HELP THE ECONOMY - Reuter's -By Martin Nesirky - President Boris Yeltsin met influential Russian tycoons Tuesday and the Kremlin said he told them he planned to present an anti-crisis plan at the end of the month to shore up the country's creaking economy. Behind-the-scenes activity showed leaders around the world were already gearing up to help. Russian shares rose slightly after falling 10 percent Monday. "We don't meet often -- when it becomes unavoidable, when the state is in difficulties, the economy starts creaking, when foreign investors start fleeing," Yeltsin said in televised remarks at the start of the Kremlin meeting.

6/1/98 RUSSIAN ECONOMY COLAPSE - The Russian Central Bank said that foreigners held about 1/3 of the bank's outstanding instruments, about $20 billion. The total market is valued at $60 billion. This would mean that the stampede out of the markets was led by Russians, because a withdrawal of about 1 percent of the total market ($500 - $700million) would hardly cause the market to crack. The Russian Central Bank likely has no real idea as to what happened over the past week, since its ability to track who holds government bonds is limited. This also means that the RCB's brave declarations that the ruble is in no danger because foreigners are staying in the market, should comfort no one. There is no way that the Russian markets crumbled as they did without major foreign liquidation. That means there are a great many rubles in foreign hands still waiting to be converted, and that the RCB's declarations that the ruble is in no danger of devaluation is unsupported. Russia's hard currency reserves must be dwindling.

The problem is that no one really knows the extent of the situation. As in much of Asia, corruption and inefficiency beyond imagination have rendered Russian financial statements meaningless. The state is spending money it doesn't have, and its ability to raise money in foreign markets has become doubtful. The crisis: what will the Russian state do for money? The Russians have hit the same brick wall as the Asians. This is, of course, is only phase one. The next sixty days will bring other calamities galore. As in Asia, we are brought to the social and political consequences. The Russian economic problem, like the Asian economic problem, has become insoluble. The question remaining is, how will Russian society respond? There will likely be the return of traditional Russian authoritarianism, both to contain unrest and to respond to it. Expect (as a best case scenario) a crack down on unrest while focusing that unrest on the only group that can be dispensed with: foreign bankers and their Russian allies. They can be dispensed with because they are dispensing of themselves. No sane foreigner will invest in Russia today. Their dilemma is how to get out in one piece. Blaming them is safe and well within the Russian tradition for coping with policy failures. For perspective let us review the short December statments of Vladimer Zhirnovsky: Wednesday 12/10/97 ZHIRINOVSKY SAYS ALL ANTI-AMERICANS SHOULD STAND TOGETHER AGAINST U.S. AGRESSION Earlier today on one of his regular trips to Iraq, Russian ultra-nationalist politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky told the press at a news conference in Baghdad that he considers the U.S. an "international agressor, violating morals and exploiting the situation in the Middle East to entrench its agressive position in this region." He praised his "dear friend" Saddam Hussein and said that Russia needed a leader like him. He said, "We condemn the policy of the United States and support the Iraqi people, and our friend is Saddam Hussein. All the anti-American forces should unite and stand against this agression. Americans should be tried by an international tribunal." He further said Americans were "hooligans and cowards" whose decisions were clouded by drug-taking.

With repression, comes more traditional Russian foreign policy. Expect Russia to place itself in a more familiar role than it has in recent years: a thorn in the side of the United States.

When one considers this is coming from BEELZEBUBBA's lawyer's brother, it is quite noteworthy. Bill Bennett is most articulate and he really hit dead solid perfect with his analysis. MSNBC net poll shows the real figures 36% say he can stay, 64% say he must go.

Shimon Peres and Yasser Arafat will participate, and American mediator Dennis Ross has also announced his plans to be there. MK Michael Kleiner, head of the Knesset Land of Israel front, congratulated the Prime Minister on his decision, and said that the anniversary of Oslo is a "black day for the Jewish nation, on which the flags should be lowered to half-mast."

Mr. Barak, perhaps speaking of the CFR ultimatum and plan for WWIII, or the Gog-Megog war in 1999, spoke of a "rapid countdown" toward new violence could start after next May, when the current Oslo peace process is due to end. Be sure you read and understand the significance of the next article and note the relation to Mr. Barak's trip. While you may not be able to find a trace of CFR's Senior Fellow, Mr. Siegman's comments on the net or in US print, we received the hard copy confirmation from Israel. Mr. Barak, Israel's disloyal oposition, understands the power of the CFR.

Thursday 7/23/98 - CFR Out of the Closet - AND HEEEERE'S THE CFR - by Barry Chamish - The CFR is out of the closet! Remember the date, July 17, 1998 and the place, the editorial page of the Jerusalem Post. For in that place in time, Henry Siegman , who according to the Post is "a senior fellow at the Council On Foreign Relations in New York" threatened Israel with extinction if she doesn't obey American (CFR) wishes and dictates. The article begins with the thesis that PM Netanyahu's offer of a 13.1% withdrawal from territory in return for the PLO living up to its signed commitments is a "tactic Netanyahu has resorted to repeatedly to camouflage his own government's violations of reciprocity..." In other words, the facts that the PLO has not changed its charter to eliminate clauses calling for Israel's violent destruction, nor extradited murderers of Israelis, but has added 40,000 more "policemen" than permitted etc. etc. should be ignored, or best of all, forgiven because Israel is violating the accords by not giving in until the PLO lives up to its bargain.

Let's skip the rest of this stupid analyses and get to the threats of what the CFR will arrange unless Israelis do what they are told. Apocalypse will come in May 1999, when the deadline for the Oslo accord is reached. What will follow is "a sudden downward spiral that will return the region to the conflict and violence that characterized it for nearly half a century."

And who will be to blame? Why Netanyahu, of course. Quoting Haaretz, Herr Siegman warns that the situation is similar to the days prior to the CFR -ignited Yom Kippur War (See Kissinger, Henry- Yom Kippur War, in my previous articles), which was "a disaster brought on by a diplomatic freeze, boastful self-confidence, contempt for the Arab adversary and a nation which followed its leaders into destructive apathy." This time, the war planned for Israel will be much uglier "Given the imminent proliferation of missiles and weapons of mass destruction." And once Israel is turned to rubble, "Israelis will have no one to blame but themselves." But there is a way out. Israel is a democracy and thus the "Knesset can oust the prime minister." And now in the final paragraph the dire threat if Netanyahu isn't removed from office: "They have not done so, and will therefore have few claims on others in dealing with the failure's consequences. You cannot repudiate US diplomatc efforts in the name of Israeli democracy, and then demand that the US intervene in the conflict triggered by that repudiation in order to save the Middle East's 'only democracy.'"

There you have it, folks. From the pen of Henry Siegman, the head of the notorious CFR Task Force of July 1997, which demanded Israel's withdrawal to its 1948 borders everywhere, including in Jerusalem. Democracy can just go suck eggs. If you don't tow the line, get prepared for the end and don't expect us to bail you out. I had prevously considered that since Netanyahu was groomed by the CFR, that he was in their pockets. After Seigman's rant against him, I now acknowledge that he is in the midst of a deadly tumble with his former bosses and will need all the support we can muster to insure his victory against utter evil.

Wednesday 7/22/98 ARAFAT STOPS TALKS AGAIN and SHARON: SECRET NEGOTIATIONS WITH SYRIA HAVE BEGUN - Arutz7 -Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu denies reports that he is conducting secret talks with the Syrians about a retreat from the Golan Heights. This follows Minister Ariel Sharon's announcement last night to the effect that Netanyahu is holding talks with Syria. Ma'ariv reporter Menachem Rahat told Arutz-7 that Sharon's statement is mainly an attempt to prevent the government from toppling: "He is telling the Third Way - which is demanding a 13% withdrawal, or else - that they should not be so pushy, because a similar withdrawal awaits them in the Golan Heights." The assumption is that the Third Way, which was elected on a platform of retaining the Golan, would then back down from its threats against the government. Rahat said that Sharon is also doing all he can to prevent such a large withdrawal: "Sharon is acting like a politician, but he also apparently truly believes that although a withdrawal is unavoidable, more than 9% is simply too dangerous for Israel." Rahat further said that he feels that Netanyahu is actually interested in carrying out the withdrawal, but that the Palestinians may not let him: "Netanyahu insists on certain security requirements, and even though he has conceded on some points - such as not requiring the Palestinian National Council to change the PLO charter, but rather some other Palestinian body; not demanding the extradition of terrorists, but rather their incarceration under American supervision; not requiring the return of illegal weapons to Israel, but rather their collection by the Palestinians - it seems to be not enough for the Palestinians. It could be that Abba Eban was right when he said that the Palestinians never miss a chance [to miss a chance]."

Sunday 7/19/98 UN: SETTLEMENTS ARE WAR CRIMES - MidEast Digest & Arutz 7 -A UN conference voted Friday to establish an International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague to prosecute war criminals, including those who perpetrate genocide and torture. The definition of war crimes included settling occupied territories. One hundred twenty countries at the Rome conference approved the establishment of the court. Israel was one of seven countries to oppose the final document. Other countries that opposed the document included the United States, China and India. The document states that war crimes can be defined as "the transfer, directly or indirectly, by the Occupying Power of parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies, or the deportation or transfer of all or parts of the population of the occupied territory within or outside this territory." A new international covenant, approved by 60 nations that convened in The Hague, determines that the Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria are grave war crimes. The resolution stipulates that those responsible for implementing the policy of Jewish settlement of these areas will be liable to be tried by an international court. The passage of the resolution was a success on the part of Yasser Arafat, who has been active for a number of months on its behalf. Another initiative by Arafat is to have the areas of Judea and Samaria recognized by the international community as conquered territories. At present, the official status of these areas remains undefined, as the previous ruling country there - Jordan - was recognized as sovereign there by only two countries, Great Britain and Pakistan. If the areas now receive the status of "conquered by Israel," this will give greater legal validity to Arafat's declaration of statehood over the entirety of Judea and Samaria [except for those areas annexed by Israel] next May. In its objection, the Israeli delegation declared that it "fails to comprehend why it has been considered to insert into the list of the most heinous and grievous war crimes the action of transferring population into occupied territory." The United States opposed the court because it feared the ICC would have broad jurisdiction including trying U.S. soldiers in foreign countries. The United States said it would only accept the court's jurisdiction in the case of genocide, but not in cases involving crimes against humanity and war crimes.

The United States might have little or no warning before foes like North Korea, Iran or Iraq could strike U.S. soil with ballistic missiles possibly tipped with deadly weapons, a panel set up by Congress said Wednesday. "The threat to the U.S. is broader, more mature and evolving more rapidly than has been reported in estimates and reports by the intelligence community," the nine-member panel concluded without dissent. The bipartisan Commission to Assess the Ballistic Threat to the United States was set up by Congress six months ago. Its chairman, former secretary of defense Donald Rumsfeld, said the major finding was that "warning time is reduced." "Indeed, we see an environment of little or no warning of ballistic missile threats to the U.S. from several emerging powers," including North Korea, Iran and Iraq, he told a news conference in the U.S. Capitol.
House Speaker Newt Gingrich, a Georgia Republican, called this "a very sobering conclusion" that required the federal review of U.S. intelligence and defense capability.

Wednesday 7/8/98 PALESTINIAN U.N. STATUS MODIFIED - Arutz7 - Despite yesterday's U.N. General Assembly vote to modify the status of the Palestinian U.N. observer delegation, Israel reacted with guarded satisfaction to the vote. Israel noted that although the vote was 124-4 against Israel's position, the PA remains unrecognized as a state, without the right to participate in U.N. sessions, and without the right to vote. The only practical difference effected by the vote is that the PA representative may express his opinion after the meetings. Voting with Israel against the resolution were Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and the United States, while Bulgaria, Congo, Honduras, Liberia, Malawi, Paraguay, Poland, Romania, Rwanda and Zambia all abstained. U.S. Ambassador Bill Richardson called it "the wrong resolution at the wrong time." The European Community, which actively backed the resolution, accepted Israel's position that a significant upgrade of the PLO's status to that of a state would be a violation of the Oslo accords.

Israel did not re-capture East Jerusalem by her own design. Israel was attacked by Arab armies in 1967 and by the Grace of G-d, and against all odds, Israel won the battle, occupied new territory and reclaimed Jerusalem as the indivisible holy city of Israel. It can be shown that an abomination took place in March 1997, exactly three and a half years after the final 7 year peace agreement with Israel was signed. In 70 AD the Roman army surrounded Jerusalem. In March 1997, the nations of the earth arraigned themselves against Israel over the issue of Jerusalem. The armies of the world may not have actually gathered around Jerusalem in a literal sense but the intent to make the nation of Israel a scapegoat amongst the nations was clearly expressed through the United Nations, at that time. The Vatican and the United Nations have long-expressed the view that Jerusalem does not belong to Israel and is not the sovereign capital of the State of Israel. If Jerusalem were made an international city it would symbolically represent the joining of the three world religions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam in a manner that is not biblical or honouring of the One True G-d. Terrorist Arafat's, Peace Prize Winning Quotes as UN debates Jerusalem - Yasser Arafat said Wednesday(7/2/98) that Palestinians would defend Jerusalem in "whatever way we can" from Israel's plans to strengthen its hold on the holy city. He said Palestinians had run out of patience with Israel in a "battle of life or death" over the future of the city. "The Palestinian leadership has no more patience and our people have no more patience. All that's left for us to do is to defend Jerusalem in whatever way we can," Arafat said. Monday 6/22/98 - Israel Defies U.S., Adopts Jerusalem Expansion - JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Defying the United States and angering Palestinians, Israel has adopted a plan to extend the boundaries of Jerusalem and tighten the city's ties with Jewish settlements in the occupied West Bank. "The government decided unanimously today to adopt a plan for strengthening Jerusalem," Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Sunday against a chorus of criticism from the U.S. State Department, Palestinians, the European Union and Egypt. "It does not contain any change in the status of Jerusalem or an unraveling of...the Oslo (interim peace) agreements," he said at a hastily called news conference. Senior Palestinian peace negotiator Saeb Erekat called the program a "declaration of war on the Palestinian presence in Jerusalem." Under the plan, the city will annex land to the west -- in Israel proper -- and an expanded "umbrella municipality" will adopt administrative powers over nearby Jewish towns, including some in the occupied West Bank. Unveiling the blueprint on Thursday, Netanyahu said it was aimed in part at strengthening Jerusalem's Jewish majority.

Monday 6/15/98 FOCUS-Russia markets rocked by IMF silence, Asia By Peter Henderson MOSCOW, June 15 (Reuters) - (60% intrest rate may have to be increased???) - Russia's central bank faced a new threat to its interest rate policy on Monday as Asia's problems infected Moscow again and investors asked if the West would ever send help. The rouble sank past the central bank's daily target for the third trading day in a row, and treasury bill yields soared about eight percentage points beyond the previous close and the central bank's target yield cap. The benchmark RTS shares index dropped almost seven percent to 166.17, its lowest level since October, 1996 by 1200GMT. Russia was hit by bad news from the East and silence in the West that could drive prices down further, traders said.

Friday 6/12/98 Japan Suicides Over Financial Problems Surge -TOKYO, (Reuters) - As Japan's economic plight has worsened, the number of suicides linked to financial problems hit a level three times higher last year than that when the country's asset ``bubble'' burst eight years ago. According to a National Police Agency report published on Friday, 24,391 people took their lives for a variety of reasons in 1997. Of total, the most dramatic rise was among people who killed themselves over financial difficulties, the report said. It said 3,556 people took their lives over economic problems, a rise of 18 percent against the previous year. The total was 2.8 times higher than the 1,272 economic-related suicides in 1990.

6/1/98 RUSSIAN ECONOMY COLAPSE - The Russian Central Bank said that foreigners held about 1/3 of the bank's outstanding instruments, about $20 billion. The total market is valued at $60 billion. This would mean that the stampede out of the markets was led by Russians, because a withdrawal of about 1 percent of the total market ($500 - $700million) would hardly cause the market to crack. The Russian Central Bank likely has no real idea as to what happened over the past week, since its ability to track who holds government bonds is limited. This also means that the RCB's brave declarations that the ruble is in no danger because foreigners are staying in the market, should comfort no one. There is no way that the Russian markets crumbled as they did without major foreign liquidation. That means there are a great many rubles in foreign hands still waiting to be converted, and that the RCB's declarations that the ruble is in no danger of devaluation is unsupported. Russia's hard currency reserves must be dwindling.

The problem is that no one really knows the extent of the situation. As in much of Asia, corruption and inefficiency beyond imagination have rendered Russian financial statements meaningless. The state is spending money it doesn't have, and its ability to raise money in foreign markets has become doubtful. The crisis: what will the Russian state do for money? The Russians have hit the same brick wall as the Asians. This is, of course, is only phase one. The next sixty days will bring other calamities galore. As in Asia, we are brought to the social and political consequences. The Russian economic problem, like the Asian economic problem, has become insoluble. The question remaining is, how will Russian society respond? There will likely be the return of traditional Russian authoritarianism, both to contain unrest and to respond to it. Expect (as a best case scenario) a crack down on unrest while focusing that unrest on the only group that can be dispensed with: foreign bankers and their Russian allies. They can be dispensed with because they are dispensing of themselves. No sane foreigner will invest in Russia today. Their dilemma is how to get out in one piece. Blaming them is safe and well within the Russian tradition for coping with policy failures. For perspective let us review the short December statments of Vladimer Zhirnovsky: Wednesday 12/10/97 ZHIRINOVSKY SAYS ALL ANTI-AMERICANS SHOULD STAND TOGETHER AGAINST U.S. AGRESSION Earlier today on one of his regular trips to Iraq, Russian ultra-nationalist politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky told the press at a news conference in Baghdad that he considers the U.S. an "international agressor, violating morals and exploiting the situation in the Middle East to entrench its agressive position in this region." He praised his "dear friend" Saddam Hussein and said that Russia needed a leader like him. He said, "We condemn the policy of the United States and support the Iraqi people, and our friend is Saddam Hussein. All the anti-American forces should unite and stand against this agression. Americans should be tried by an international tribunal." He further said Americans were "hooligans and cowards" whose decisions were clouded by drug-taking.

5/21/98 CLINTON TO ORDER ANTIBIOTICS STOCKPILED FOR TERRORISM ATTACK Associated Press, WASHINGTON (AP) - President Clinton will order the stockpiling of antibiotics and vaccines for civilian protection in the event of biological warfare, says a senior administration official.

Smallpox and anthrax are considered among the biggest potential biological weapon threats in the United States. Both diseases incubate for several days to weeks, making it hard to spot an outbreak even if doctors recognized early symptoms, which can mimic the flu. Anthrax is treatable only when caught early and only the military has a vaccine now. Americans are not vaccinated against smallpox anymore but about 8 million vaccine doses are stockpiled.

Attorney General Janet Reno and FBI Director Louis J. Freeh told Congress last month that U.S. cities and towns remain vulnerable to chemical and biological terrorism despite recent efforts to improve protections. ``We need to make sure we have a significant stockpile - and I don't think we do - of vaccines and other medications,'' Reno told members of the
Senate intelligence and judiciary committees.

An administration review of how the United States would respond to a biological or chemical weapon attack from terrorists has been under way for about a year. In 1995, Iraq admitted having built a large arsenal of biological weapons - and had been ready to use it four years earlier during the Gulf War.

5/5/98 LONDON TALKS END WITH NO RESULTS - Arutz 7 - The London summit has ended, without results. The talks will apparently be continued in Washington next week. The main points of contention revolve around the exact extent of the withdrawal from Judea and Samaria, and the implementation of the reciprocity principle. The Americans did not submit their proposal during the talks. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu announced at a press conference this afternoon that significant progress was made in several areas. 3/28/98 Saturday RUSSIAN NUCLEAR THREAT - Former Russian General Alexander Lebed, a bitter critic of President Boris Yeltsin, has told members of the U.S. Congress 3/19/98 that there is a great danger rogue states may hire Moscow's nuclear scientists because they are out of work, paid little, and are vulnerable to offers from terrorists groups and nations. He also said Yeltsin could not be trusted. He said, "Some statements made by the supreme commander in the past few months...indicate a certain inadequacy of the supreme commander. Of course, it is quite dangerous when one component of the nuclear button is a person like that." He noted that Yeltsin, the defense minister, and the chief of staff share the responsibility of deciding whether to launch a nuclear attack and said, "And being commander and chief, he would easily make the other two components agree."

Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan warned banks Tuesday against developing "a sense of tranquility" and relaxing lending standards in light of the unusually solid performance of the U.S. economy. "Our nation is enjoying an extraordinary expansion. Its duration and its apparent lack of significant distortions have ...created a sense of tranquility," he said. "We should all be aware such an environment tends to reduce prudence." On Monday Alan Greenspan offered a bleak assessment of the financial turmoil gripping Asia and urged the international community to prepare for the next major financial crisis. "In an environment of weak financial systems, lax supervisory regimes and vague guarantees about depositor or creditor protections, bank runs have occurred in several countries and reached crisis proportions in Indonesia," Greenspan said. "Uncertainty and retrenchment have escalated. The state of confidence so necessary to the functioning of any economy has been torn asunder," he said. In his semi-annual report to Congress last week, he predicted many investors may regret their decisions 12 to 18 months down the road.

Wednesday 2/11/98 MOSCOW, (Itar-Tass) - "Should the United States bombard Iraq the entire Arab world would explode and terrorism will engulf the planet," Russian State Duma speaker Gennady Seleznyov declared on Wednesday. Seleznyov, who was talking with journalists, called on the United States "to consider this and take everything into account before taking any action against Iraq." He stressed that "we are categorically against bombardments of Iraq and we insist on the political settlement of the crisis.

Sunday 2/8/97 - TURKEY EMERGING AS KEY IN IRAQUI CRISIS - Global Intelligence Update Red Alert
Diplomatic activity surrounding U.S. threats against Iraq is serving to redefine the international system on a global scale. As expected, Russia has announced itself unequivocally opposed to the use of force against Iraq, and China has sided with Russia in this view. Somewhat more equivocally, France has joined them in expressing its opposition. Britain, on the other hand, is standing firmly with the United States. Thus, as the United States engages in this latest exercise in global power projection,the forces wishing to limit American global power are coalescing and coordinating their actions. This is an extraordinary and unintended consequence of current U.S. policy. In effect, the process of global anti-American coalition building is being accelerated. From our standpoint, there have been no surprises in the global lineup.
On a more regional level, we have been surprised and intrigued by the role being played by Turkey. A Turkish initiative has become the focus of the bloc opposed to American military action. Turkish Foreign Minister Ismail Cem concluded a meeting in Baghdad today, stating that mediation efforts he was involved in would result in Russia or France bringing new ideas to the Security Council. He specifically went on to say that his extensive conversations with Saddam Hussein had the support of Russia and China and that he expected Iraqi support for the new ideas. Both the Russian and Chinese embassies in Ankara have been coordinating with the Turkish Foreign Ministry on the matter.
The Turkish presence in the Russo-Chinese coalition, no matter how temporary, represents a direct threat to the American ability to mount a major air campaign against Iraq. Incerlik is a key U.S. Air Force base in Turkey that would be indispensable for waging an extended air campaign against Iraq. Turkey has underlined the importance of the base with a series of leaks describing the structure of the air campaign. According to the Turks, the U.S. air campaign would begin in about two weeks, and would last from one to two weeks. Among the targets would be eight sites declared off-limits to U.N. inspectors, including Saddam's presidential palaces. Also targeted would be launch sites for 320 Al-Husseyn missiles.
These leaks are obviously intended to underscore the importance of Incerlik to the air campaign. In order to hit the eight designated targets, the United States would need to use GBU-28 bombs, designed for deep burrowing against hardened targets. During the Gulf War, these were dropped from F-111s, which can not be launched from aircraft carriers. The GBU-28 is too heavy to be carried by carrier based aircraft and would have to be carried by land based aircraft of some sort. This means that Incerlik is critical to air operations. Even if bases in Italy were used, the F-111s would have to cross Turkish territory. For any sustained air campaign lasting more than a few days, the full facilities of Incerlik would be indispensable. Thus, the presence of Turkey among opponents to U.S. plans is more than a mere irritant. Turkey's failure to cooperate is a direct threat to the ability of the U.S. to mount a credible attack.
To get a handle on the likely course of this crisis, it is essential to analyze Turkish motives--of which there are several. First, having been ostracized by Arab states for its entente with Israel, Turkey is motivated to play Hamlet, even if it intends to cooperate with the U.S. in the long run. But Turkey has deeper reasons for not cooperating. Turkey is bitterly angry with the British over their support for the Greek position on Cyprus. Since the Turks see the British as an instigator of the current crisis in Iraq, this gives the Turks the opportunity to exact punishment on the British. But this does not fully explain the Turkish stance, since they are spiting Britain to please Syria and Iraq, not to mention Greece. The fact is that the Turks are engaged in more than posturing. They are deeply concerned about the effects of a bombing campaign on the Kurdish situation. During the Gulf War, hordes of Kurds crossed into Turkey, creating a tremendous security problem that is not yet fully under control. Turkey has already announced that, in the event of U.S. air attacks, the Turkish Army would enter Iraq to block the entry of Kurdish refugees into Turkey. Turkey feels that it was left to fend for itself after the Gulf War and was actually criticized for its handling of the Kurdish problem. It doesn't want to repeat that experience.
A final, and perhaps definitive explanation, might be found in a minor matter being processed by the U.N. at the same time as the main crisis is going on. At Turkey's request, the United Nations committee dealing with sanctions against Iraq has recommended that Turkey be permitted to store spare parts for the repair and maintenance of the oil pipeline running from Kirkuk, in Iraq, to Yumurtalik, in Turkey. The majority of oil being exported by Iraq under U.N. guidelines goes through this pipeline. Turkey is both a consumer of this oil and collects royalties from the pipeline.
Turkey was heavily dependent on this pipeline before the Gulf War and suffered serious losses when it was closed by the embargo. Turkey is working very hard to open, maintain and expand the pipeline's capabilities. At the same time that the U.S. is pumping up the crisis, Turkey is trying to work with the U.N. and Iraq to contain it.
We believe that while there are many causes behind Turkey's behavior, this last is the most important. Turkey has a vested interest in normalizing relations with Iraq even though Turkey is simultaneously in political and military opposition to it. The Turkish interest seems to be the politico-military isolation of Iraq without an open military conflict. U.S. policy is running counter to this interest. Adding this to the Kurdish and Cyprus issues, it is not clear to us that Turkey will sign on to the American plan.
With the Russians and Chinese in complete opposition to American plans, the political foundations of the Gulf War coalition have evaporated. If the Turks oppose the plan, the operational foundation is in deep trouble. The U.S. cannot afford to lean too heavily on the Turks, for fear of pushing them into the Russo-Chinese camp, nor can they allow them to decide to sit this conflict out. Thus, the key to predicting American actions toward Iraq is increasingly focused on Turkey.Given all this, we still tend to believe that the odds continue to run against a sustained American air campaign against Iraq.

Thurday 2/5/98 - Yeltsin â€˜wonâ€™t allowâ€™ U.S. to hit Iraq - China backs his concerns, as third U.S. carrier arrives in Gulf - Complicating U.S. policy further, Russian President Boris Yeltsin on Thursday said he â€œwonâ€™t allowâ€ a U.S. military strike against Iraq â€œunder any circumstances.â€ His comment came as a third U.S. aircraft carrier arrived in the Gulf, and as China sided with Yeltsin on concerns a strike could spark a much wider war.Where the five permanent Security Council members stand is now clear: the United States and Britain are strongly behind the use of military force, while Russia, China and France are against and instead want to keep trying diplomacy as a way to make Iraq comply with U.N. resolutions. â€œChina is extremely and definitely opposed to the use of military force because its use will result in a tremendous amount of human casualties and create more turmoil in the region and even could cause new conflicts,â€ China's foreign minister, Qian said. A potentially serious rift has opened between the United States and Israel over the question of Israelâ€™s response to any missile attacks from Iraq. Despite pleas from U.S. officials, Israel is making it clear that it does not plan to adopt the same restrained vigilance it practiced during the Iraqi Scud attacks of the 1991 Gulf War. Israeli Defence Minister Yitzhak Mordechai said in a speech late on Wednesday: â€œWe donâ€™t want to threaten any people or any country. â€œBut should someone rise up to harm our citizens and our country, the government of Israel will retain the right to freedom of action.â€ Further complicating the situation is Israelâ€™s unacknowledged nuclear arsenal. Speculation that the U.S. might respond to biological attacks with nuclear weapons have been enough to prompt Russian President Boris Yeltsin to warn of the danger of â€œWorld War III.â€ Analysts have little doubt that Israel, if subjected to devastating chemical or biological missile attacks, would hit back with its own ultimate weapons. Many are concerned that Clinton is out of control and willing to start World War III in order to put the threats to his presidency on the back burner.

Wednesday 2/4/98 YELTSIN: CLINTON'S ACTIONS OVER IRAQ COULD TRIGGER WORLD WAR - MOSCOW (Reuters) -2/4/98- Russian President Boris Yeltsin said on Wednesday U.S. President Bill Clinton's actions in the Iraq crisis could lead to world war. "With his actions in Iraq he can lead to a world war," the Kremlin quoted Yeltsin as saying of Clinton. Interfax news agency first reported Yeltsin's comments and the Kremlin later confirmed them. "He is acting too noisily there," Yeltsin was quoted as saying. "One must be more careful and not threaten with such weapons and fight with planes and bombs." Yeltsin's startling remarks were the strongest yet against U.S. threats to use military action to force Iraq to comply with U.N. resolutions and allow U.N. inspectors freely to check for weapons of mass destruction across the country. Yeltsin said Clinton was acting uncharacteristically in threatening military action. "We want to make it clear to Clinton that we do not agree with such a policy. And the members of the United Nations Security Council will be against it," he said. Clinton and Yeltsin spoke by telephone on Monday, but few details of their talks have been released. Russia's lower house of parliament has strongly criticized U.S. threats toward Iraq and was scheduled to vote later on Wednesday on a measure urging Yeltsin to end sanctions against Iraq unilaterally if the United States strikes militarily.

Thursday 1/15/98 Vatican & PA To Negotiate Status Of Holy Sites, Churches (IINS News Service -Israel-1/15) According to a PLO Authority (PA) official, the Vatican and the PLO Authority (PA) have decided to negotiate an agreement on the status of Roman Catholic holy sites and churches throughout Judea, Samaria, Gaza Strip and eastern Jerusalem.
Afif Safieh, the PA representative to the Vatican announced a special committee will be established to deal with holy sites in PA autonomous areas. Talks between the PA and Vatican Foreign Minister Jean-Louis Tauran will deal with properties owned by the Church in eastern areas of Jerusalem.
The Vatican agreed in November 1997 to place Catholic church properties in eastern Jerusalem under Israeli jurisdiction. This announcement was not received well by PA officials. Since the November announcement however, AP
reports the Vatican has reassured the PA it does not recognize Israel's sovereignty over eastern areas in Jerusalem that Israel liberated from Jordanian control in the June 1967 Six Day War (Temple Mount).

Ignoring an army appeal for calm in the worldâ€™s fourth most-populous nation, Indonesians lined up more than 20-deep at checkout counters to buy sugar, rice, cooking oil and whatever else they could grab before yet another price rise. Asia markets get ravaged IMF sends team to Indonesia. Calls for Suharto to step down, unthinkable a week ago, were published Friday on the front page of the Jakarta Post, Indonesiaâ€™s influential English-language newspaper.

Sunday 1/3/98 (Thanks to Susan) The Prince of Wales as a reformer Abdul Rahman Al Rashed, senior columnist, Arab News December 21, 1996, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. During his recent visit to the United Arab Emirates to participate in the celebrations marking the nation's 25th anniversary, Prince Charles jokingly asked his host, Sheikh Zayed ibn Sultan: "Would you believe that they have declared me a Muslim after my visits to various mosques and Islamic centers?" Sheikh Zayed's reply, my sources report, was: "I may not consider you a Muslim, but I certainly do consider you a reformer."

The prince was of course commenting on the reports about his embracing Islam. The press had made similar reports about his divorced wife also. She had become a Muslim, they said, after she visited Jemima and Imran Khan in Pakistan. Both of these reports were mere rumors with no trace of truth in them. British papers were the first to make the claim, with Arab papers following their example.

Newspapers unfortunately have a habit of rushing rumors into print without troubling to verify them. If they spend time checking and verifying, they fear, their competitors may seize the chance and print the story first. If the story turns out to be wrong, they can always print an apology. They don't mind that; for many, an apology is preferable to being beaten by a competitor. A big increase in sales, they feel, is reason enough to lose some self-respect.

Those, however, who are aware of the activities of Prince Charles will agree with Sheikh Zayed that he is a reformer. He is active in the affairs of minorities and the poor, is concerned with architectural heritage, is an advocate of preserving social traditions and is such a lover of plants that there have been stories of his having conversations with them. Because of his concern for religious minorities, he offered himself as the protector of all religions in Britain, not only the Church of England whose protector he is by law. His proposal was met with opposition from all sides. The Church of England criticized it and some mosques rejected it as well.

What he offered was only patronage, not guardianship. It would have been a patronage of honor, but it would also have meant a recognition that Charles was the crown prince of all the people of Britain -- Protestants, Catholics, Muslims, Hindus. He has not spoken of the subject since, but he remains deeply interested in reconciling the different religions within his country. In fact, he made a spirited defense of Islam while speaking at Oxford some months ago. He criticized those who were confusing the noble values of Islam with the evil actions of some Muslims. He spoke glowingly of the Islamic model -- something many people did not even know existed.

There are many people like Prince Charles who are ready to speak up for Islam. Though not Muslims, they have greater empathy for Islam and a better appreciation of the problems of Muslims than some Muslims themselves. They represent the noblest of ethical values. They believe in the right of every individual to profess the religion of his choice. ( Editorial Note - Convert to Islam or die. Kill Jews on Saturday and kill Christians on Sunday) If all believers realized what that right meant for themselves and others, it would be easy for them to coexist peacefully with the followers of other religions. If every believer accepted the right of all to exist and grow, that would end the present-day practice of using religion as an excuse for going to war. We have seen and experienced the horror of these wars -- the Book against the Book, the cross against the cross, the cross against the crescent -- and what they inevitably leave in their wake.

A National ID card is a document that reasonably identifies a person and indicates that person's country of citizenship. Public Law 104-208 was passed by Congress on September 30, 1996. Section 657 of that law, titled "DEVELOPMENT OF PROTOTYPE OF COUNTERFEIT-RESISTANT SOCIAL SECURITY CARD" (now found and buried only as a note approximately 25 pages following the main body text of Title 42 Sec. 405 of the United States Code), states:
"(a) Development-- (1) In general.--The Commissioner of Social Security (in this section referred to as the "Commissioner") shall, in accordance with the provisions of this section, develop a prototype of a counterfeit-resistant social security card. Such prototype card-- (A) shall be made of a durable, tamper-resistant material such as plastic or polyester; (B) shall employ technologies that provide security features, such as magnetic stripes, holograms, and integrated circuits; and (C) shall be developed so as to provide individuals with reliable proof of citizenship"...

previous government that signed Oslo, the Labor government of Yitzhak Rabin, that is the government that authorized, under
Oslo and in accordance with Oslo, the Har Homa project. They did so because it is fully in line with Oslo. It doesn't in any way nullify or prevent Israel from building anywhere in Jerusalem. And no government, as Yitzhak Rabin made many, many times clear in the Knesset -- and by the way in internal documents, as well -- no government of Israel could accept the limitation on its right to build in Jerusalem, under Oslo or under anything else. But the Palestinian side promptly violated the specific clauses that it had undertaken in Oslo by opening several government offices, PA governmental offices which are in Jerusalem and which have to be closed. So in the question of Jerusalem itself, that one issue that everyone talks about, it is not Israel that is violating Oslo, it is the Palestinian side. This is point one. Point two. In the last -- (inaudible) -- we have done the following under Oslo: We have redeployed in Hebron. Tough to do, but we did it. We have released the women terrorist prisoners. Tough to do, but we did it. We have transferred monies to the Palestinian Authority. Tough to do, but we did it, even though they owe us almost an equal amount in phone and gas bills which still remain unpaid. We have decided on the first FRD, as the agreement states, and was recognized by the United States State Department as a "welcome and positive development." Tough to do, but we did it. We have allowed and permitted the first use of the Daynia (ph) Airport. Tough to do, but we did it. This is what we have done in the span of a few weeks. We have made five major fulfillments of the Oslo process -- by the way, all of which was not done by the previous government. It was tough to do, and they didn't do it. Now, what has happened in that same time period on the Palestinian side? They have: one, not completed the revision of the Palestinian Charter, which they promised to do when we signed Hebron. All of these things that we did, we promised to do after Hebron and we did it. They promised to do a series of things which they didn't do. They promised to annul the charter. They didn't do it. They promised to keep a number of 400 policemen in Hebron. They have close to 1,200. They promised to collect illegal weapons. You saw those weapons in those demonstrations held by Hamas and other people. They promised to incarcerate political -- or, rather, military operatives of Islamic Jihad, Hamas, and the other terrorist groups. They released them. They promised to desist from inciting inciteful propaganda, and they have spawned the most inflammatory propaganda in the official media of the Palestinian Authority. I limit myself to five to keep it neatly symmetrical. We have kept the basic provisions of Oslo, as we promised, in the post-Hebron agreement, and the Palestinian side has violated it. If you add Jerusalem, it's a six. We keep our commitments. They violate it. Now all of this is wiped away -- clean slate. Why? Because they don't like the fact that we're building on Har Homa. And as some of you describe it, Har Homa that is in Arab East -- (possible microphone failure). It's not Arab land; it's 75 percent private Jewish land, from before World War I -- World War II -- 60 years. How in heaven's name can some of you still call it Arab East Jerusalem and Arab land? You have every respect for private property in this country. How can you do this, as journalists? How can you do this? How can you give -- you -- I say collective you; it's not fair. But I have an opportunity to ask you a question. How can the reality that I just described elude your readers and your audience? Now there's one of two possibilities. Either the facts are not known, or they're withheld. I want to make sure that the facts are known, so I've just said them. So at this stage, at least, I would expect an accounting of the need to fulfill Oslo. I come here with absolutely clean hands. We fulfill Oslo. I face my constituency, and some of them really do not like what I'm doing. And they said, "You weren't elected to really keep Oslo; you're supposed to just say it to get votes." And I said: "No, no. I was elected with a promise to keep Oslo. We keep it." But we said that we demand from the other party, the Palestinians, to keep it, as well. And the simple truth of the equation is this: Israel, that fulfills the Oslo accords, is accused of violating it. The Palestinian side, which violates the accords, is credited with keeping it. What is the Kingdom of G-d? The rule of G-d. G-d's kingly rule, or sovereignty, being established over all of planet Earth. The Kingdom of G-d is the rule of G-d which He extended over human lives through the ministry of Yeshua (Jesus); and it also is His rule which will be consummated or made complete in the near future.
When did the the Kingdom of G-d begin and Who was its Originator? The Kingdom of G-d began when Messiah Yeshua (Christ Jesus) began its establishment. Earth dates on calendars mark its beginning. We have such dates as B.C., B.C.E., C.E., and A.D., which signify that Yeshua Messiah announced and began the Kingdom on Earth almost 2000 years ago.
What is the relationship of the New World Order and the Kingdom of G-d? What is commonly referred to as the New World Order is against the Kingdom of G-d and is therefore going to have a prince antimessiah, or antichrist, as its head. For 42 months the prince of the New World Order, will war with those in the Kingdom of G-d. The Prince of Peace, Yeshua Messiah, who established and taught how to become part of the Kingdom of G-d, will return with the armies of heaven to end the rule and war of the antichrist and his New World Order. Most in the Kingdom of G-d will be overcome or killed in the 42 month war which antichrist will wage on the people who are part of the Kingdom of G-d. The Kingdom of G-d is the central message of Messiah Yeshua. Everyone is invited to become part of the Kingdom of G-d; however, most will choose to be joined to the New World Order of the antichrist and will be totally destroyed at the end of the 42 month war. All of the people in the Kingdom of G-d who have survived or been killed in this 42 month war will be caught up, or be "raptured," at the end of this 42 month war when Yeshua returns in great power and glory. The 42 month war may have begun March 13, 1997; however, it is not yet possible to be certain. And noone can know the day or hour. We can be sure the New World Order, of oposition to the Kingdom of G-d, is in full preparation for this 42 month war and that an undeclared state of war exists today. We can be reasonably sure that if it has not already started that it will start very soon. We know that there will be a 42 month war of antichrist on those in the Kingdom of G-d before the rapture. If the NWO is preparing for the war, those in the Kingdom of G-d should also be preparing for the war of Great Tribulation. We know, based on the integrity of the words of King Yeshua that the 42 month war of great tribulation preceeds the rapture. If you don't know this, do you know if you are in the Kingdom of God?
What is the role of people in the Kingdom of G-d? The establishment of the kingdom is a work of G-d. G-d will reign, and people can contribute nothing to that reigning of G-d. They can only accept the rule of G-d in thier life or be totally destroyed in their rebellion.
Since people cannot build the kingdom of God, what response are they to make to Yeshua's message about the kingdom? First, they can make the kingdom their top priority and seek it ahead of everything else (Matt. 6:33). It is a pearl of such value that they should sell everything else they have in order to be able to purchase it (Matt. 13:44-46). Second, they can repent and believe the good news of the kingdom (Mark 1:14-15), and so enter the kingdom like little children (Mark 10:14). Third, they can pray for the rule of G-d to come soon: "Thy kingdom come" (Matt. 6:10; compare 1 Cor. 16:22). Finally, they can be ready when the kingdom does finally come (Matt. 25:1-46).
